Senior Portfolio Manager (d/w/m) Renewable Energies and Sustainable Real Assets

• You will be responsible for monitoring equity and debt investments in the areas of renewable energies and other energy transition technologies in Europe.
• You will be responsible for managing and monitoring projects – mainly wind and solar parks – but also hydropower plants and energy transition projects such as heat production, grids or storage.
• You will take responsibility for the management of renewable energies and energy transition funds with interfaces to investors, fund service providers, investment managers and auditors.
• You will work closely with external service providers and manage them, particularly in the area of commercial and technical operations management.
• You identify optimization opportunities and carry out the economic analysis of corresponding measures.
• You will prepare regular reports on the portfolio at project and fund level.
• You will play a key role in the implementation of sustainability and market analyses and provide support in the acquisition and transactions for new investments.

• You are enthusiastic about renewable energies and enjoy managing projects in the renewable energies and energy transition sector. We offer you the opportunity to contribute your skills and experience and to develop your career in a dynamic, international environment.
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience.
• You have a university degree in economics, business administration, management or a comparable field.
• You have relevant professional experience with an asset manager, bank, energy supplier, project developer or operator of renewable energy projects.
• You already have experience in infrastructure investments and infrastructure financing, especially in the wind energy or photovoltaic sector with a focus on Europe.
• You are business fluent in German and English (mandatory), further foreign language skills are an advantage.
• You have a keen interest in a wide range of changing tasks.
• You are willing to travel occasionally within Europe.
• You are prepared to take on management positions in our affiliated and special purpose companies.
• You are characterized by a high degree of structure and the ability to work in a team.
