Your tasks
In this exciting role, you will ensure that our projects run smoothly: the development of customized battery storage systems (i.e. large-scale storage systems) in Europe. Specifically, you will manage our projects and act as an interface between the customer and our internal specialist departments (Sales, Installation & Commissioning, Operations & Maintenance, System Engineering). At the same time, you will bear the economic responsibility for your projects by taking on project controlling and risk management for your projects and thus ensuring that the projects remain on time and on budget. In short, you are the project owner and lead the projects to a successful conclusion. "Standing still is a step backwards!": You will work with your project colleagues to further develop both project execution plans and PM methodologies.
Your qualifications
Completed degree in one of the following disciplines: plant engineering / mechanical engineering / energy technology / electrical engineering / environmental planning / environmental sciences / spatial or landscape planning or comparable qualification at least 3 years of professional experience in project management regarding the planning, construction and operation of electrical systems, ideally in the field of renewable energies or battery storage systems, with a project scope of approx. 1 million EUR to approx. 20 million EUR Technical understanding and interest in technical infrastructure, environmental knowledge, sound knowledge of German and European planning and approval law responsible and goal-oriented way of working, self-motivation and willingness to contribute to a highly committed team open and clear communication, customer orientation and decisiveness business fluent in German and English, initially willingness to travel, later approx. 30%
