Your Responsibilities
Project management in the areas of PV, PV-hybrid, and BESS in the role of Owner’s Engineer or Project Management Consultant (PMC) during various project phases, such as feasibility studies, bidding processes, construction supervision, acceptance, and operation
Occasional support for other projects within the department as a project engineer
Leading and participating in due diligence projects in Germany and worldwide
Close collaboration and coordination with internal and external project partners
Conducting site visits and meetings during various project phases
Actively supporting sales activities
What You Should Bring
At least ten years of professional experience in the planning, design, and implementation of large-scale (utility-scale) PV systems
At least five years of relevant experience as a technical advisor for large-scale international PV and PV-hybrid projects
Experience with battery energy storage systems (BESS) is a strong plus
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, such as electrical engineering, energy engineering, civil engineering, or a comparable field
An open and friendly approach when interacting with project partners from diverse cultural backgrounds
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with international colleagues
Excellent command of German and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
Willingness to travel for project-related assignments
