Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Independent support, strategic development and further development of a sales territory and customer base, including responsibility for their commercial success
- Close cooperation with and definition of guidelines for the sales managers and the sales territory
- Proactive development of optimizations in the entire work area
- Independent development, planning and coordination as well as sales and realization of wind energy projects in the sales area in coordination with the respective specialist departments and external project participants
- Processing internal and external inquiries in the offer, (pre-)tender, contract and approval phases
- Successful management and control of projects and internal and external project teams, taking into account and balancing internal and external interests
- Ensuring the fulfillment of complex tasks in the context of project development and the preparation of offers and contracts as well as managing the project teams
- Establishing and maintaining revenue-relevant customer relationships to strengthen the company’s market position and profitability
- Committee and association work, monitoring the political situation and providing technical advice to public bodies
- Representing the company and participating in special projects such as major advertising campaigns, the launch of new products and new marketing initiatives, trade fairs, company tours and public relations work
Your qualifications
- Degree in industrial engineering, environmental engineering, business administration / business studies or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the sale of technical goods is an advantage
- Ideally expertise in contract law and the renewable energy sector
- Confident handling of MS Office and SAP
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Team-oriented way of working with a high degree of customer orientation and strong commitment
- Possession of a class B driving license
