Your tasks
Responsibility - Service Owner:in (m/f/d) of the forecasting service in supply management (electricity and gas) for over 50 customers with creative freedom to further develop the overall service Expert work - creating transparency at the technical upstream and downstream interfaces of the forecasting service, coordination and bundling of technical requirements, integration and delimitation of new requirements in relation to the overall process of the delivery management service Support work - customer communication from technical support in the quotation process to customer setup in the relevant systems
Your qualifications
Qualification - Successfully completed vocational training (e.g. as an office or IT clerk (m/f/d)) Expertise - Professional experience in the field of energy data management electricity and gas as well as in sales or sales controlling electricity and gas Personality - Strong team spirit, high customer orientation and communication skills
