Senior Utility Consultant Specializing in EDM (m/f/d)

Here’s what you can expect from us:

• Advising our clients on processes and change in the energy sector
• Analyzing complex energy industry processes with a focus on energy data and balancing group management, surplus/shortfall billing, and Redispatch 2.0
• Developing innovative optimization and digitalization concepts and presenting the results to decision-making bodies
• Developing client-specific target concepts while taking into account cross-functional business processes and innovative industry solutions
• Serving as the interface between client requirements and the operational process managers in the Utility Services division
• Independent planning, management, and leadership of projects, including coordination, controlling, and financial responsibility
• Continuous market and trend analysis, as well as deriving new recommendations for services and system solutions
• Supporting pre-sales and bidding activities, as well as assisting with the selection and implementation of new technologies and software

What you bring to the table:

• A degree in Energy Economics, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or comparable knowledge
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the energy industry, ideally in a consulting or service environment
• In-depth knowledge of core energy industry processes, e.g., EDM, balancing group management, surplus/shortfall billing, Redispatch 2.0
• Very good knowledge of regulatory frameworks, e.g., EnWG, GPKE, MaBiS, GeLi Gas
• Proven experience in managing complex projects as well as facilitating workshops and training sessions
• Strong analytical skills to present complex issues in an understandable manner.
• Strong customer focus, a confident demeanor, and excellent communication skills
• Fluency in spoken and written German, as well as a willingness to travel moderately
