Your tasks
- You keep our service operations running – efficiently, smoothly and customer-oriented
- You are the linchpin between customers, teams and service providers and always find the right solution
- Service requests? You coordinate, prioritize and keep an eye on all processes
- You use customer feedback to continuously improve our quality
- You analyze technical faults and quickly find clever solutions
- You work with us to advance digital processes and modern technologies (IoT, smart meters)
- You have our network and plant systems (e.g. SCADA, control systems) firmly under control
Your qualifications
- Completed technical or commercial training – ideally related to energy
- Good technical understanding and a solution-oriented working style
- Organizational talent, strong communication skills and fluent written and spoken German
- Confident handling of MS Office, preferably also digital tools
- Team spirit, personal responsibility and a good dose of motivation
- That would be a plus:
- Experience in the energy industry environment
- Interest in IoT & smart metering
- Know-how in IT systems (e.g. SCADA, control systems)
