Site Manager / Assembly Manager (m/f/d) as Site Manager – Automation Technology / Control Technology
Your tasks
- Management of assembly projects (offers and processing)
- Responsibility for costs, deadlines and quality in the context of international I&C assembly projects
- Direct communication and coordination with international end customers of the department as well as international subcontractors in the context of assembly topics
- Coordination with project managers within Framatome I&C worldwide regarding the planning and execution of assembly assignments in nuclear power plants and test fields of the international business unit
- Technical management responsibility for internal and external project teams (up to 30 employees) within the scope of projects
- Implementation and monitoring of specified processes as well as continuous improvement, operational excellence issues (OPEX) and idea management
- Negotiating and concluding framework agreements with international subcontractors
Your qualifications
- Completed master’s or diploma degree in electrical engineering or comparable, combined with international technical expertise in I&C assembly and project management
- Many years of professional experience in the field of international I&C assembly for the preparation of offers and assembly processing
- Knowledge of technical management responsibility in an international project environment
- Know-how in supplier management, including supplier negotiations
- International network with external suppliers, strong customer orientation and negotiation skills
