RCM Energy Services is a global division of RMC Technologies, Inc. specializing in the transmission and distribution of electrical power. RCM Energy Services designs and builds high-voltage substations in all project phases. The RCM Energy Services team supports European customers in the development of infrastructure upgrades as part of the national energy transition in Germany – with our established general contractor (GC) model. From our location in Eschborn near Frankfurt am Main, RCM Technologies GmbH, we support our customers in successfully implementing the energy transition in Germany and Europe.

Your tasks
- Monitoring the construction work, the technical operation of the construction site and quality control
- Early detection of deviations and additional work
- Technical management of subcontractors
- Ensuring accident-free execution
- Conducting discussions with customers
- Testing materials and equipment
- Contributing to the creation and updating of the project schedule
- Maintaining the construction site logbook on danger points and special short-term plant constellations, on-call duty and the construction supervisor
- Informing employees about the risk assessment
- Supervising and managing construction sites throughout Germany as site manager and DGUV coordinator
Your qualifications
- Technical training in the field of electrical engineering, master craftsman or electrical engineering technician (for work in the substation area)
- You already have many years of experience in the construction, installation and commissioning of high-voltage substations and switchgear and as a qualified electrician
- You have knowledge of the technical management of employees, knowledge of occupational safety and standards (EN, VDE). Appointed electrician according to VDE 0105-100
- You have reliability, decision-making skills, organizational skills, good time management, quality orientation, assertiveness, customer orientation and the ability to work in a team
- You have very good German language skills for dealing with German customers and English language skills for communicating with e.g. fitters and commissioning engineers on construction sites.
- Driving license class B/3
