Smart Grid Electricity Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

  • Planning and monitoring of the mandatory rollout
  • Monitoring the configuration of smart metering systems with CLS components and troubleshooting system errors
  • Monitoring of all installed smart metering systems throughout the entire service area and preparation of data for inquiries from the Federal Network Agency
  • Close collaboration with our software provider to process monitoring requests
  • Maintaining databases for measurement values and associated interfaces
  • Ongoing training regarding all relevant laws (e.g., Metering Point Operation Act, Energy Industry Act)

Your qualifications

  • Technical vocational training followed by advanced training to become a master craftsman/technician or to earn a bachelor’s degree in a technical field
  • High degree of independence and ability to work in a team, as well as strong knowledge of the energy supply industry
  • Experience in the areas of smart metering systems, CLS management, databases, and interfaces is desirable
  • Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
  • Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite
