With our team of consultants, we support other energy supply companies in successfully managing the current challenges. Interest in our consulting services is constantly increasing, which is why we are growing and looking for more colleagues (m/f/d) who enjoy helping to shape the company, contribute ideas and drive the team forward. Our tasks are varied, diverse and never boring. You will provide expert advice to energy suppliers, municipal utilities and grid operators throughout Germany, primarily in North Rhine-Westphalia, Rhineland-Palatinate and Hesse.
What you can expect
- Technical training, coaching and consulting: You train and advise our service customers on key topics of our in-house software solution, such as billing, market communication, receivables management, accounting or customer service.
- From concept to practice: You design training courses, visualize content in an appealing way and conduct professional training courses remotely or on site.
- Projects that make a difference: You support the introduction and further development of our lima® software and take on technical (partial) project management.
- Further development of our services: You develop solutions for new subject areas and contribute to the further development of lima®.
- Customer-oriented cooperation: You will work closely with our customers, ensure their satisfaction and provide them with advice.
What you bring with you
- Qualifications: You have a commercial or technical vocational qualification with additional qualifications or a degree in business administration, computer science, industrial engineering or similar.
- Experience in conducting IT training and coaching: You have already successfully planned and conducted training courses or workshops in the IT and software environment and have impressive methodological skills.
- Project experience: Initial experience in (partial) project management is an advantage and will help you to successfully support customer projects.
- Independent way of working: You work independently and flexibly, whether on-site with customers or in a remote setting.
- Communication and consulting skills: Your strong communication skills, service orientation and confident manner make you a valued contact person for our customers.
