SWL Mobil is the most important mobility service provider in the Lübeck economic region. Every year, almost 24 million people choose our attractive and innovative public transport services on their way to work, school or during their leisure time.

Your tasks

  • As a rate and revenue management consultant, you will be at the helm of our sales strategies. You carefully analyze and evaluate the various sales channels, keep an eye on market trends and implement what suits us best. This is how you take our sales for bus & ferry to the next level.
  • You have a knack for digitalization topics and are enthusiastic about taking the lead in the selection and implementation of digitalization projects. And of course, our electronic fare management system (VDV-KA) is also in good hands with you.
  • Whether working with official bodies, such as the regional transport association, network partners or authorities, or networking with sales cooperations: You always find the right words, know where and how things need to be tackled and turn simple collaboration into all-round success.
  • You are also excellent with figures. You calculate offers, develop tariff models, help with revenue sharing and compensation payments and are always on the lookout for ways to improve our processes.
  • You will work shoulder to shoulder with our sales management and, if necessary, you will step in competently as deputy manager.

Your qualifications

  • Degree in economics, ideally with a focus on marketing or sales or equivalent skills and knowledge
  • Several years of professional and initial management experience, preferably in the transport industry
  • Practical experience in project management and work as well as in tariff issues
  • High level of initiative, hands-on mentality, entrepreneurial approach and willingness to take responsibility
  • An affinity for numbers and IT, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team and deal with conflict
