Specialist (f/m/d) for market communication and market processes
Your tasks
- You take care of correspondence with our market partners and end customers regarding the switching processes and resolve clearing cases with the parties involved.
- You monitor the switching processes in accordance with the specifications of the regulatory authorities (GPKE, GeLi Gas and WiM) and process error lists and clarification cases.
- You monitor process changes to the applicable regulations and data formats.
- You are available as a contact person for market partners as well as internal departments and service partners.
- You support the introduction of new processes and systems and carry out process tests independently.
- You are responsible for managing market partner data and sending electronic data formats (e.g. contact details, price sheets, switching times).
Your qualifications
- You have a degree in economics, energy management or an equivalent commercial qualification.
- Ideally, you have experience in working with SAP IS-U and knowledge of regulatory requirements and market roles (lateral entry is possible).
- You are confident in using common MS Office products (Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.) and have a strong affinity for digital processes.
- Your strengths include communication and teamwork skills as well as a process- and problem-solving-oriented working style.
- You enjoy actively contributing your ideas, supporting us in setting up new processes and using the creative freedom in your tasks.
- You show initiative when working on challenging tasks and complete them independently, conscientiously, reliably and with a high level of commitment.
