Pipe network construction and operation,
permanent full-time position.
The job profile includes:
- Maintenance and servicing of pressure reducing systems
- Maintenance of pressure-reducing valves and the associated control technology
- Procurement and scheduling of special materials
- Management of the workshop for DMV systems
- Shaft inspection with appropriate PPE and safety equipment
- Installation, maintenance and servicing of ultrasonic measuring devices in pressure reduction systems
- Data maintenance and updating of the zone slider file
- Documentation of changes and delimitation of pressure zones in the water supply
- Leakage and fault location in the water supply
- Monitoring, operation, message evaluations, maintenance and expansion of our automated leak monitoring system in the water supply
- Location of metallic gas and water pipes
- Video inspections in water pipes
- Determining the flow rate of hydrants
- Maintaining, setting up, installing and operating mobile pressure reduction and pressure boosting systems for emergency supply purposes
Technical specifications:
- Successfully completed training as a pipe network constructor (m/f/d) or comparable
- Multiple years of professional experience in pipeline construction and operation
- Training as a pressure reducer maintenance technician
- Training as a specialist for water pipe network inspection
- Training to become a qualified electrician for specified tasks
- Training as a gas inspector according to DVGW worksheet G 468-2
