As a regional service provider, we plan, build and operate indoor and outdoor swimming pools as well as supplementary facilities. With our extensive know-how in the pool industry, we take over the management of the pools in Saarbrücken and also support other municipal partners in the successful management and organization of their pool operations.
Your tasks
- Monitoring and securing bathing operations and technical facilities
- Initiating and carrying out water rescue measures and first aid
- Active customer care and advice as well as ensuring service quality
- Carrying out cleaning and disinfection work
- Maintenance and care of the pool facilities and monitoring the water quality
- Planning and implementation of aqua fitness offers, swimming courses and events
- Monitoring school and club swimming
Your qualifications
- Successfully completed training as a specialist for pool operations (m/f/d)
- Very good knowledge of pool water technology/water treatment
- Willingness to work in the implementation of aqua fitness offers and in animation with the corresponding willingness for further qualification
- Reliable, flexible and committed personality with a service-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends and public holidays
- Ability to communicate and work in a team as well as independently
- Confident use of a PC and knowledge of MS Office
- Well-groomed appearance and confident demeanor
