• In Customer Service Private and Commercial Customers (C-B2C), the Mako & More team is responsible for market communication and related processes. You can therefore look forward to a varied range of tasks:
• You will bring our new customers into the supply chain. This includes relocations, supplier changes or customers who are reported to us by the distribution network operator (DSO) for basic or replacement supply. We use the SAP clarification processes for this.
• You feel at home in the world of electronic market reports: you maintain an overview of our open market processes. Even constant adjustments by the Federal Network Agency or in the IT landscape do not upset you. You master challenging issues, such as clearing with customers, energy agencies or market partners.
• The DSO reports vacant consumption points to us, where you use the owner database to determine the successors and ensure the proper supply of energy.
• Together with the process manager, you test innovations in the processes, analyze faults in the event of malfunctions and thus ensure that operations run smoothly.
• You see transformations in the IT landscape as an opportunity to contribute your own ideas and drive digital change forward.

• You already have several years of professional experience in the area of market communication (UTILMD) & clearing processes as well as SAP IS-U master data setup.
• Ideally, you already have some experience in project work and the implementation and testing of new market & format adaptations.
