Specialist (m/f/d) Documentation Energy Projects

Your tasks
- Play an active role in shaping the energy transition and support the commercial and technical implementation of exciting energy projects
- Take responsibility for project documentation and ensure that operators and operational management are optimally equipped
- Holds the reins when recording and maintaining site and project data in control room software (e.g. Rotorsoft, VCOM)
- Maintain an overview of project documents and procure maps for sites, access routes and cable routes.
- Are the central point of contact for customers, operators and operational management – communication runs smoothly with you
- Contribute fresh ideas and optimize processes in the documentation structure
Your qualifications
- Have a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification and ideally have gained initial professional experience in a comparable working environment
- Think for yourself and get stuck in – technical and documentary understanding are a matter of course for you
- Communicate confidently in German (C1) and English (B2) – further language skills are a plus!
- Are fit in dealing with MS Office (especially Excel is required) and conscientious in entering data into our monitoring software
- Enjoy working with people from all over the world and have intercultural competence
- Are flexible and open to new experiences – occasional business trips are no problem for you
- Would like to use your skills in an innovative environment
