Specialist (m/f/d) in the field of heat transition (80% job scope)
KEA Klimaschutz- und Energieagentur Baden-Württemberg GmbH is the state's energy agency. KEA-BW's task is to actively participate in climate protection measures in Baden-Württemberg: it supports the state government in promoting the topics of energy saving, rational energy use and the use of renewable energies. KEA-BW also focuses on sustainable mobility and water management tasks.

The Heat Turnaround Competence Center is the central point of contact for the topics of municipal heat planning, heating networks, waste heat in heating networks and combined heat and power generation in Baden-Württemberg. It makes its expertise in these areas available to all municipal stakeholders. The aim is to harmonize heating networks, decentralized generation plants and the use of waste heat in the energy system of the future. Municipal heat planning plays a central role in this structural change.
Your tasks
- The field of action between municipal heat planning and the implementation of measures,
- Analysis and further development of advisory services
- E.g. on inter-municipal cooperation, stakeholder management, stakeholder analysis and activation, citizen participation,
- Development of recommendations for action such as guidelines and their target group-oriented preparation,
- Knowledge transfer, e.g. through networking in close cooperation with the regional energy agencies,
- Presentation of experiences in lectures, at meetings, third-party conferences, in publications or online formats,
- Organization of national and regional events together with local stakeholders,
- Support with other public relations activities on all communication channels.
Your qualifications
- A relevant academic university degree,
- Knowledge of strategy or policy consulting,
- The ability to recognize the context of the heat transition and make it accessible to others,
- Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, language skills,
- A structured, planned and efficient way of working, while at the same time being open to pragmatic solutions, as well as strategic-analytical thinking,
- Confident appearance, ability to speak freely - even in front of larger groups,
- Ability to work in a team and communication skills,
- Very good written and spoken German,
- Clear attitude and motivation for climate protection and sustainable development.
