Your tasks
- Together with our planning team, you will work on projects in industrial and commercial construction as well as in the public sector
- You will supervise varied and challenging projects ranging from new construction, extensions or conversions to renovations and will independently take on tasks in planning, tendering and awarding contracts, construction supervision with cost and schedule control up to handover to the customer in accordance with the HOAI service phases
- You maintain short lines of communication with internal colleagues from architecture, construction realization, electrical and supply engineering
Your qualifications
- Completed studies in supply engineering, energy and building services engineering or a similar field; alternatively, further training as a technician in heating, ventilation and air conditioning technology (m/f/d) is preferred
- At least 5 years of professional experience in construction projects in Germany, preferably in commercial and industrial construction
- An independent and solution-oriented way of working, paired with organizational talent and the ability to set priorities.
- Very good knowledge of German (at least B2), good knowledge of English (at least B1)
