Supplier change processing (m/f/d)

• Support us with supplier switching processes, which play a central role in the energy industry. You will work intensively with data records that are transmitted via standardized EDIFACT data exchange formats (such as UTILMD). Your task is to ensure that this data is processed correctly to ensure a smooth supply.
• If you enjoy complex system landscapes and a data-driven way of working, you’ve come to the right place.
• Your day-to-day work will essentially consist of the following tasks:
• You will carry out UTILMD clarification case processing, analyze the controlled cases, and process or resolve the causes
• You will also be responsible for processing telephone and written inquiries from internal and external market partners regarding the switching processes

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship
• You are well-versed and confident in using common MS Office applications
• You are characterized by a high sense of responsibility, communication skills, independence and persuasiveness
• We require a strong customer focus, quick comprehension and an independent and team-oriented way of working
• Desirable:
• Ideally, you have initial experience in the energy industry and the GPKE, GeLi-Gas and WiM supplier switching business processes
• Knowledge of the industry-standard SAP IS-U or Schleupen software would be an advantage
• Ideally, you have already completed further training as an energy industry manager/energy specialist
