Your tasks
Discover the crucial role of the System Operator! Immerse yourself in the exciting world of energy, where you are responsible for making sure the lights come on when the switch is flicked and the heating gets warm when it's cold. Strengthen the reliability and efficiency of our energy and heating system and help to ensure that our customers are always supplied with energy. As a System Operator (m/f/d) in our energy/heat control center of the CHP plant, you can do exactly THAT - because your role is indispensable for the smooth running of our system! Monitoring the energy network: You will ensure the smooth and proper operation of our electricity, natural gas, geothermal and district heating supply networks Controlling the energy generation plants: you ensure stable energy generation and efficient energy distribution by making switching decisions depending on the situation Fault management: you evaluate and coordinate the appropriate measures to rectify any faults that occur in order to minimize downtimes and ensure operational safety Data management and documentation: you record and document operating data and parameters in order to create the data basis for analyzing and optimizing operations Communication and coordination: you are in contact with employees, authorities and, if necessary, customers to ensure the smooth operation of the energy network and to respond to any problems or requirements Optimization and further development: You will help us to optimize operating procedures and processes in order to increase efficiency and drive innovation You can rely on this: Reliable and detailed familiarization with our procedures, processes and systems Regular training, education and further training for a constantly changing digital workplace
Your qualifications
Completed training as a master craftsman, technician or electrical engineer You have a switching authorization up to 110kV or are willing to acquire these qualifications with us Ideally experience in the operation and fault clearance of supply networks Willingness to work in a 3-shift system in our heat control center of the combined heat and power plant
