Team Coordinator (m/f/d) Change of Supplier Sales

Your tasks

  • Technical management and training of new employees
  • Responsible for the distribution of tasks to ensure the timely processing of process documents, clarification cases, inquiries from market partners and troubleshooting in the data exchange process, including staff deployment planning
  • Developing and implementing measures to achieve targets and optimize processes
  • Project work
  • Control, monitoring and implementation of operational work, such as supplier changes, data exchange processes and process document processing (in accordance with BNetzA specifications)
  • Evaluation of specialist group-related key figures (e.g. ELBRUS) and derivation and implementation of necessary measures to achieve targets
  • Support, coordination and documentation of system tests

Your qualifications

  • Completed commercial or technical training
  • Relevant professional experience in a similar position
  • Sound technical knowledge in the area of supplier switching and market communication (including knowledge of the procedural requirements from GPKE/GeLiGas and the common data exchange formats)
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP (IS-U)
  • High degree of independence and decisiveness
  • Analytical thinking as well as strong solution and goal orientation
  • Strong team and customer orientation
  • Confident appearance and assertiveness
  • Strong communication skills
