Team Leader Area Acquisition West (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- As Team Leader for Site Acquisition West, you will be responsible for site acquisition in your region and the development of greenfield wind and PV projects.
- Responsibility for site acquisition and the development of greenfield wind and PV projects
- Project responsibility from identifying the opportunity to preparing the approval process
- Expansion of the existing pipeline of greenfield opportunities
- Building and leading a team of acquisition managers and acquisition specialists as well as cross-functional project teams
- Developing and evaluating project assessments and business cases for wind and PV projects
- Analysis and documentation of market and competitive developments
- Supporting the expansion of digital platforms (CRM) and the automation of processes
Your qualifications
- Professional experience in the acquisition, planning or development of renewable generation plants, preferably in the field of wind and solar energy
- Enthusiasm for renewable energies and building a new team in your region
- Network of potential cooperation partners for wind and / or ground-mounted PV
- Team player and strong communicator personality
- Passion for an exciting and creative environment in the field of renewable energies in a large corporation
