Team Leader Commercial Customers (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • As a team leader in the commercial customer area, you will be responsible for managing and developing the commercial customer team. You will therefore be responsible for acquiring, retaining, supporting and winning back commercial and residential customers, association customers and municipal customers. In addition, you will develop tailor-made products and services, optimize sales strategies and sales processes and ensure that sales and growth targets are achieved.   • Management, motivation and development of the commercial team as well as operational responsibility for the expansion of customer relationships and sales cooperations to achieve growth targets.
  • Optimization and control of sales processes, based on key performance indicators (KPI) through PowerBI dashboards, to increase efficiency in customer acquisition and support.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitive activities to further develop the sales strategy and acquire new sales partnerships in Rheinhessen and beyond.
  • Monitoring of KPIs and performance analysis of the product and customer portfolio as well as optimization of existing predictive churn methods.
  • Contract management, ensuring customer satisfaction and sustainable sales growth in the area of commercial customers in close cooperation with the department management.

Your qualifications

  • Degree in economics, engineering or comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in sales of commodity products or energy services, preferably in the B2B segment.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in team development.
  • Affinity for process optimization and sales management based on key figures.
  • Very good analytical and communication skills, high customer orientation and independent, structured way of working.
