Your tasks
Supervision and management of development projects Planning (performance, schedule, costs), control, technical release and series production start-up Application of technologies from the fields of power electronics with EMC and thermal management, embedded hardware with software and functional mechanics Definition and implementation of development and qualification tests as well as cooperation with testing institutes/bodies Selection, coordination and cooperation with suppliers and development partners Feasibility studies for new, innovative developments and projects Establishing and standardizing method and process expertise in development Leading the development team
Your qualifications
Completed electrical or mechatronic training/further training/studies with professional experience Project experience in product development and enjoy finding holistic solutions Ability to understand complex interrelationships and mediate between different specialist disciplines Confident in working with external service providers with good communication skills and assertiveness Methodological knowledge of development and improvement processes Initiative, motivation and a team-oriented and responsible way of working Very good knowledge of German and English
