Your tasks
Technical and disciplinary management of the Energy Data Management team with the following tasks, among others: Ensuring the timely and quality-assured balancing of energy volumes in the electricity and gas divisions and the billing of excess and shortfall volumes to suppliers Responsible for all accompanying market processes in accordance with the requirements of MaBiS, GaBi Gas and KoV Initiating the necessary quality assurance measures in advance and coordinating with the relevant areas (metering, feed-in, supplier changes, grid usage billing, etc.) Selecting new employees, conducting employee appraisals, carrying out induction and training and identifying personnel development needs Planning, controlling and monitoring the team's budgets, costs and results Developing the strategy and organization of the area of responsibility and developing sub-goals for the team from the agreed targets (KPIs) Developing and initiating organizational improvements and efficiency measures to optimize processes in the team
Your qualifications
Successfully completed studies (Bachelor) in business administration or comparable, alternatively commercial or technical further training, e.g. technician (m/f/d) Several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned area of responsibility Knowledge of network billing, energy volume balancing and the underlying legal requirements (MaBiS, GaBi Gas, KoV etc.) Knowledge of developments and trends in the liberalized energy market Advanced knowledge of the MS Office package Good communication skills, cross-divisional thinking and enjoyment of continuous improvement and employee development
