Team leader/foreman/technician (f/m/d) Operations control electricity/water network

Your tasks
- Disciplinary and technical responsibility and management of assigned employees (f/m/d)
- Developing and implementing ways to optimize work processes
- Drawing up budgets and cost plans in preparation for investment and business planning
- Documenting and describing standardized workflows and timelines
- Planning and coordinating recurring maintenance and servicing orders
- Creating an annual/weekly/daily program for resource planning
- Creating and coordinating orders and booking the necessary employees and service providers
- Managing internal projects in operations control
- Participation in the on-call service
Your qualifications
- Completed further training as a master craftsman/technician (f/m/d) specializing in electricity/water or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as a master craftsman/technician (f/m/d) in the field of electricity/water networks
- Experience in employee management as well as in work preparation and action control
- Comprehensive knowledge of the use of workforce management systems (e.g. SLT Inplast)
- Very good MS Office skills (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational and communication skills as well as high ability to work in a team
- Solution-oriented thinking and a structured, independent way of working
- Hands-on mentality and assertiveness
- Class B driving license, class C1 desirable
