Your tasks
- Technical and disciplinary management of the Customs, Export Control and Trade Compliance departments
- Development and implementation of a global trade compliance strategy
- Ensuring compliance with national and international customs and export control regulations
- Establishing and maintaining compliance structures, including risk analyses and establishing and adapting internal guidelines
- Monitoring existing authorizations and managing new applications (e.g. AEO / C, CBAM, EUDR)
- Management and preparation of internal and external audits
Your qualifications
- Completed studies in the field of foreign trade, customs, logistics or comparable training, e.g. as a forwarding agent or wholesale and foreign trade management specialist with several years of professional experience and qualification as a customs and foreign trade specialist
- Management experience in a globally active international team
- Comprehensive know-how in the areas of customs, export control and trade compliance
- In-depth knowledge of national and international customs and export control regulations
- Experience with SAP GTS and MS Office
- Business fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
