We are looking to fill a position for the next possible starting date as a
Team leader in the electricity grid (m/f/d)
These are your tasks:
- Operational management and orientation of the electricity grid division
- Assuming the role of technical manager for the electricity division
- Developing target grid and demand structures and deriving investment and maintenance concepts from the target grid and demand structures
- Preparation of budget planning with subsequent coordination with the management
- Monitoring and assessing the technical and economic condition of the network/plant (electricity)
- Project management for investment and maintenance projects
- Management and coordination of external service providers and coordination with upstream grid operators
- Supporting planning offices, authorities and third parties on electricity grid matters
This is your profile:
- Completed university/university of applied sciences degree in electrical engineering or supply engineering or an equivalent degree in a relevant field
- Several years of professional experience and extensive knowledge in the distribution grid sector with a focus on asset management, planning, construction and operation as well as management experience
- A sense of responsibility and initiative with regard to the sustainable further development of the electricity grid
- You work in a goal-oriented and deadline-oriented manner with a process-oriented and structured way of thinking
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a quick grasp of new ideas
- Confident handling and comprehensive knowledge of MS Office applications and required IT applications
- Written and spoken German language skills are essential
