Team leader (m/f/d) Accounting
Your tasks
- Joint management of 18 employees in the billing team at the Rheinfelden site, together with your team leader colleague as part of a job-sharing model
- Ensuring the rolling billing of customers for the electricity, gas, water and wastewater divisions, including network fee billing
- Supporting the implementation and adaptation of processes and carrying out quality assurance measures
- Collaboration on projects and the development and implementation of concepts
- Supporting various departments and providing situational assistance with specialist topics and dealing with complex customer inquiries in day-to-day business operations
- Further development of employees and processes as part of digitalization initiatives
Your qualifications
- For this challenging position, you have a degree in economics or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in accounting
- Inspiring customers is not a job for you, but a passion
