Your tasks
Managing a team of 12 employees in the Accounts Receivable Management department at the Rheinfelden site Responsibility for the entire receivables management, including billing, collection and network fee receivables, for the electricity, gas, water and wastewater divisions Support in the implementation and adaptation of processes and the implementation of quality assurance measures Collaboration on projects and the development and implementation of concepts Supporting various departments and providing situational assistance with specialist topics and dealing with complex customer inquiries in day-to-day business operations Further development of employees and processes as part of digitalization initiatives
Your qualifications
