Team leader (m/f/d) Customer Service Energy Efficiency Expert List

Dena’s mission is to contribute to the success of the energy transition. Nationally and internationally, dena develops solutions for climate neutrality and puts them into practice.

Your tasks

  • The energy efficiency expert list for federal funding programs (EEE list) is a central instrument in the context of funding and is managed by dena. The team to be managed is responsible for customer service for the list of experts and, as part of this, in particular for checking the registration requirements in accordance with the rules and regulations of the list of experts.
  • Your core tasks are
  • Management of a team of approx. 10 – 15 people including personnel management and personnel development within a closely networked organizational structure
  • Planning, managing and coordinating customer service for the EEE List, including ensuring consistent technical and communicative processing and compliance with service level agreements
  • Continuous organization and further development of workflows, processes and infrastructure from the perspective of experts
  • Coordination with other teams and their team leaders on relevant technical developments and findings and their integration into customer service
  • Other tasks include
  • Coordinating with clients and other stakeholders as well as designing and moderating stakeholder formats
  • Ensuring compliance with data protection requirements
  • Budget responsibility including cost and resource planning and controlling in collaboration with the project management team
  • Status reporting, project documentation and evaluation with a focus on tasks related to customer service
  • Tender and contract design in coordination with third parties and the internal legal department as well as management of service providers
  • Application of agile management methods, e.g. OKR
  • The position is full-time and initially limited to two years with the option of permanent employment.

Your qualifications

  • Completed university degree or alternatively completed vocational training in a relevant field with appropriate professional experience
  • Many years of relevant experience in managing personnel and teams, preferably customer service teams
  • Confident manner and commitment in dealing with project partners and clients
  • Very good teamwork, communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • High level of motivation, commitment, reliability and resilience
  • Very structured and organized way of working
  • Confidence in written expression and good communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of German
  • Experienced with MS Office (Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
