Team leader (m/f/d) Heat control center

• You have overall technical responsibility for the heating control center, organize the 24/7 network and operations management and ensure assigned technical and operational processes
• You will have management responsibility; together with the HR department, you will be responsible for personnel selection, planning and development in accordance with the management and cooperation guidelines
• You ensure that all assigned systems are operated safely at all times and participate in crisis and emergency management
• You are responsible for the internal and external information and communication management of the heat control center (reporting office)
• If necessary, you will carry out operational tasks of the heat network dispatcher (network management, control of generation plants, network analysis and evaluation, fault management)
• You work in shifts and take part in the on-call duty

• You have a university degree (diploma, master’s degree) in a professional or engineering field related to gas or heat supply
• You have relevant professional experience and very good knowledge of the current gas and heating network
• You have experience in project management and leading project groups
• You have operational switching instruction and operating authorizations for gas and heat
• You are characterized by an entrepreneurial and solution-oriented way of thinking
