Team leader (m/f/d) hydrogen derivatives
Your tasks
- As part of the Hydrogen and Resilience working area in the “Future of Energy Supply” department, you will make a direct contribution to the success of the energy transition. We are working on many exciting projects relating to the implementation of the National Hydrogen Strategy, the implementation of the hydrogen market ramp-up in Germany, Europe and globally, and the resilience of the energy supply. In this way, they are working directly on the decarbonization of the German energy system and ensuring that Germany becomes climate-neutral by 2045.
- We are currently looking for a team leader (m/f/d) for the Hydrogen Derivatives team. The team is to play a driving and pragmatic role in creating the value chains and framework conditions for hydrogen derivatives that are necessary to lead the chemical industry, as well as the supply of marine and aviation fuels, on the path to climate neutrality.
- Management and development of the hydrogen derivatives team
- Taking responsibility for personnel and personnel development for the team members
- Creating and evaluating energy policy strategies and measures
- Conception, planning, management and controlling of projects, in particular communication with the client
- Conception of qualitative and quantitative studies, analyses, background papers and briefings
- Attending specialist events and maintaining your network.
Your qualifications
- Desire to actively participate in the implementation of the energy transition and to work closely with the federal ministries, in particular the Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection.
- Completed studies in economics, law, engineering, political science, social sciences, sustainability management or a comparable course of study.
- Enjoy team building, personnel and project development.
- Experience in the management and development of projects including budget and management responsibility
- Understanding of political, economic and technical contexts in the field of energy supply resilience.
- Strong analytical and conceptual working skills and an interest in familiarizing yourself with new and complex issues.
- Solution-oriented, strong organizational and communication skills and team player.
- Confident, professional appearance and networking skills.
- Very good written and spoken German.
