Team Leader (m/f/d) Network Control Center
Rheinfelden (Baden) / full-time / flexible working hours / permanent
Your tasks:
- Management and further development of the control center team
- Coordination of switching operations in the HV / MV grid
- Responsibility for network operations management in the MV network as well as for statistics, evaluations and messages (fault reports, evaluations, etc.)
- Work and organizational planning of the 24/7 shift operation
- Collaboration in specialist working groups / assumption of project management responsibilities
- Attending appointments or events in local authorities, with local councillors or mayors
You bring with you:
- Completed engineering studies / further training as a master craftsman or technician in the field of electrical engineering, ideally with a specialization in energy and high-voltage technology or comparable
- For you, leadership means supporting colleagues in generating successes and celebrating them together - direct contact with your team and the teams in the area is important to you
