What you can expect:
- Management and organization of a team of currently 6 employees
- Independent implementation of grid planning and grid calculation
- Continuous advancement and further development of strategic target grid planning and grid expansion planning
- Supporting various projects for the digitalization of planning
- Ongoing review and adaptation of existing processes to changing framework conditions
You bring with you:
- Completed studies in electrical engineering, power engineering or a comparable degree program
- Several years of professional experience
- Ideally experience in the environment of a grid operator or energy supplier
- Leadership experience and strong communication skills
- Hands-on mentality and willingness to optimize structures and work processes and to stabilize them in teams
- Enjoy working in a diverse and dynamic working environment
