We are the regional distribution network operator for gas, electricity and FTTx from the source of the Sieg to the mouth of the Sieg. Netzbetrieb Sieg has a very high level of technical expertise, which enables us to demonstrate our innovative performance in the context of technical services. With more than 100 employees in network operations, we ensure a secure and high-performance supply for 1 million customers in the region. The team in Siegburg consists of 12 fitters and a team leader. We supply people in the towns and municipalities of Niederkassel, Siegburg, Sankt Augustin, Hennef, Königwinter and Buchholz with energy.

- You have the task of promoting the knowledge building and professional development of your team

- You are responsible for the proper operation of the grid systems in the specified grid areas
- You coordinate construction measures and support construction site coordination for complex measures
- You are the competent contact person on site for our customers and municipalities
What you bring with you:
- You have successfully completed a qualification as a master craftsman orelectrical engineering technicianor have a comparable qualification
- You can demonstrate several years of professional experience in the distribution network sector
- Confident handling and comprehensive knowledge of the IT applications used are a matter of course for you
- You are ambitious to lead employees in line with the Westnetz management model: decisive, consistent, motivating, team-oriented and far-sighted
- You have already successfully implemented occupational health and safety issues and exemplify the associated values
- You are able to derive specific goals for your own area of responsibility from overarching strategies and take responsibility for ensuring that agreed tasks are implemented consistently
