Team Leader (m/f/d) Project Sales Gas/Water/Developments/Data Centers
Your tasks

- You will be responsible for the implementation of the assigned tasks (including MPL and forecast of the gas, water, development and data center operator divisions) as well as the coordination and monitoring of all delegated activities
- Ensuring that the professional exchange of information between employees in the team and other organizational units is guaranteed (conducting interface discussions)
- Ensuring within the team that all customer inquiries (key customers) for the gas and water division as well as data center inquiries are processed in accordance with regulations and laws (including negotiations and contract conclusions)
- Maintaining contact with investors, engineering offices and connection customers
- Support and cooperation in the processing of data center operators (project takeover and representative regulations) as well as own takeover of major cross-divisional projects with Deutsche Bahn, among others
- Determining construction cost subsidies and the cost shares to be borne by connection customers in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations
- Ensuring that customer complaints are processed as part of complaint management
Your qualifications
- Completed technical studies (e.g. specializing in industrial engineering or energy technology) or comparable qualification (technician/master craftsman training) with professional experience in the aforementioned area of responsibility
- If possible, management experience or the desire to gain this and thus be an important part of the management team
- Experience in project management
- Experience in leading contract negotiations (sales law framework conditions)
- Negotiation skills
- Control of sales processes
- Good PC user skills in MS Office and SAP
- Driving license class B
