Your tasks
- Managing and developing the team of around ten employees at the Rheinfelden and Donaueschingen locations
- Ensuring the smooth running of internal processes and customer service
- Working closely with the field sales team and interfaces to achieve the company’s goals
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and customer loyalty
- Creation, analysis and optimization of workflows and processes
- Project work, development and implementation of concepts
