Your tasks
- You will be responsible for the content and disciplinary management of one of two TPM Wind DE teams. It is up to you to motivate, develop and strengthen your team in order to achieve outstanding results together.
- Ensure that the tasks in your team are optimally distributed. Use your organizational skills to strike a balance between efficiency and a healthy workload so that your team can work successfully.
- Establish and improve processes to increase efficiency and improve cross-team collaboration
- Ensure that the requirements from the operational management contracts (BF contracts) are met in full and on time
- Take responsibility for ensuring that new team members are trained in a structured and comprehensive manner.
Your qualifications
- Have successfully completed an apprenticeship or university degree
- Have several years of professional experience, ideally in an (international) operations management environment
- Have already gained initial management experience
- Have an in-depth technical understanding of wind turbines and their systems
- Communicate openly and clearly
- Speak good German and English (at least C1)
