Your tasks
- Prioritizing tasks and projects together with the team
- Supporting colleagues in developing solutions for sustainable and decentralized energy supply for our customers
- Supporting colleagues in building long-term customer loyalty
- Ensuring efficient operational processes and promoting personal responsibility
- Economic analyses relating to products, sales and the preparation of reports
- Managing, promoting and developing the team’s employees (nine people)
- Strategic further development of our products and energy solutions
Your qualifications
- For you, leadership means supporting colleagues in generating successes and celebrating them together – direct contact with your team is important to you
- Knowledge of renewable heat and energy supply
- Structured, target and KPI-oriented way of working, strategic vision and a strong analytical and entrepreneurial mindset and approach
- Strong communication skills, decision-making skills and leadership talent
- You think across topics and teams, plan change processes strategically and successfully take employees with you on this journey
- Completed technical or engineering studies
