We are an efficient provider of electricity, natural gas, district heating and drinking water and operate Hamm’s local public transport, port and public baths. With almost 900 employees throughout the Group, we serve the people and companies of our city.

• Your tasks
• You will lead a team of currently ten people and be actively involved in day-to-day business.
• You will assume technical responsibility for all market communication issues in the roles of supplier, distribution system operator and metering point operator.
• Together with your team, you will handle all MaKo processes (GPKE, WIM, Geli Gas etc.) and the corresponding master data management in high quality and will be available to the business units as a service provider.
• You set up effective monitoring and clearing for the relevant market processes and manage these with your team.
• You ensure the operational implementation as well as the procedural and conceptual development of the Market Communication team and guarantee compliance with regulatory and legal framework conditions.
• You will work closely with other specialist departments and make an active contribution to the further development of the company, especially in cross-divisional processes.
• As part of your work, you will communicate with other market partners and authorities and meet your obligations to provide evidence on time.

• Your qualifications
• You have a degree in a relevant subject or a comparable qualification based on many years of experience in the energy industry.
• Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in the energy industry with reference to market communication and knowledge of SAP IS-U. You are generally IT-savvy.
• You are solution- and results-oriented, assertive and see change as an opportunity.
• You cultivate an appreciative leadership style, characterized by empathy, pragmatism and the ability to integrate all team members.
• You have a hands-on mentality and are characterized by a high degree of personal responsibility, organizational skills and reliability.
