Team Leader Networks (m/f/d)
Dena’s mission is to contribute to the success of the energy transition. As a competence center for applied energy transition and climate protection, it supports the German government in achieving its energy and climate policy goals. To this end, it brings together partners from politics, business, science and all parts of society. Nationally and internationally, dena develops solutions for climate neutrality and puts them into practice.
Your tasks
- The federal government’s funding programs are central to the success of the energy transition. The exchange with relevant stakeholders is an important prerequisite for successful implementation. The team to be led is concerned with the further development of the network around the energy efficiency expert list. The focus here is on energy consulting and the concrete implementation of measures.
- Your core tasks are
- Managing a team of approximately 5 people, including personnel management and personnel development within a closely networked organizational structure
- Leading and organizing the necessary tasks in your own team as well as close coordination with other teams and their team leaders as part of advising on the funding programs
- Strategic classification of specialist policy developments and integration into ongoing project work
- Identifying relevant developments that can be discussed with representatives from the field at an early stage
- Other tasks include
- Coordination with clients and other stakeholders as well as conception and moderation of stakeholder formats
- Budget responsibility including cost and resource planning and controlling in collaboration with the project management team
- Status reporting, project documentation and evaluation
- Tender and contract design in coordination with third parties and the internal legal department as well as management of service providers
- Application of agile management methods, e.g. OKR
- The position is preferably full-time and initially limited to two years with the option of permanent employment.
Your qualifications
- Completed university degree in engineering or architecture or alternatively completed vocational training in a relevant field with appropriate professional experience
- At least 3 years of experience in managing personnel or project teams
- Experience with funding programs desirable
- Ability to work in a solution-oriented, analytical, structured and conceptual way on systemic issues and motivation to develop content
- Very good teamwork, negotiation and conflict resolution skills and enjoy working in a team
- High level of motivation, commitment, reliability and resilience, ability to act independently
- Confident manner and commitment in dealing with project partners and clients
- Very good written and spoken German, confidence in written expression, good communication skills
- Experience in communicating specialist content, designing training courses and quality assurance measures desirable
- Very good IT skills (MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel)
- You would like to promote the energy transition and are interested in complex interrelationships relating to the energy transition.
