What you can expect:
- Organization and coordination of the operation and maintenance of low and medium-voltage grids
- Assuming responsibility as a system operator in accordance with DIN VDE 0105-100 and ensuring the necessary operating processes
- Leading a team of 8 employees and managing the support point
- Collaboration in the implementation of service measures and connections as well as construction measures
- Creating deployment plans, organizing the on-call service and optimizing work processes
- Calculating, processing and handling house and building electricity connection orders
- Coordinating the deployment of external companies and interface areas such as the construction department
You have:
- Completed vocational training in electrical engineering and further training as a master electrician, technician or comparable qualification
- We require several years of professional experience, initial management experience is desirable
- For you, leadership means knowing the way and wanting to take your employees with you on this journey. As a manager, you create transparency about goals and expectations and involve your employees with open, honest and, above all, constructive feedback
- Your organizational talent helps you to optimize structures and work processes and establish them in the team - occupational safety is your top priority here
- Good communication skills, goal orientation, high motivation and a sense of responsibility
- Participation in the on-call service is a prerequisite
