Team leader order management and merchandise management (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Head of the order management and merchandise management team
- Responsible and contact person for the SAP PM/CS modules
- Coordination and support in the team for all measures, in particular for order creation, processing, controlling, analysis and closing of PM/CS orders
- Creation of evaluations on the revenue transparency of customer orders in the ancillary business area
- Invoicing customer-specific orders (INKB-Wasser project invoicing)
- Cooperation with other areas of SWI Netze GmbH and the other companies, in particular with warehouse management, controlling, finance and accounting, purchasing and information processing
- Creation and maintenance of material master systems, services and service types, system and network master data, maintenance instructions and maintenance plans
- Participation in the development of strategy and target planning, in particular improvements and further developments in the SAP PM/CS modules
Your qualifications
- Commercial training with further training as a business administrator with basic technical knowledge, training as a master craftsman/technician in the gas, water or electricity sectors or equivalent training, in each case with relevant professional experience
- Management qualification and several years of management experience are desirable
- Independent, confident, responsible and goal-oriented way of working
- Confident and competent interaction with customers and external companies
- Analytical and strategic approach
- Good knowledge of the SAP modules PM, CS, SD and CO is desirable
- Confident handling of common MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word
