The Energy Data and Portfolio Management department in our subsidiary EWS Vertriebs GmbH consists of the Energy Data Management team and several specialists in the field of portfolio management. The focus is on the procurement of electricity and gas as well as the strategic management and optimization of our energy portfolios.
Your tasks
- Energy data and portfolio management
- You are responsible for the portfolio management team and take on the technical and disciplinary management of employees
- You will ensure a constructive environment in which employees can develop and actively shape the path ahead
- You will support change processes within the department and work together with other teams on (cross-departmental and cross-divisional) projects
- You will be responsible for the further development of our procurement and management strategies for green electricity and biogas
- You will manage our energy portfolios in close cooperation with our risk management, product management and sales departments
- You will be responsible for managing our service providers and upstream suppliers in portfolio management and strategically developing the collaboration further
Your qualifications
- You have several years of professional experience as a manager in the energy industry or an industry-related environment
- You are an authentic and empathetic leader who has the ability to inspire, encourage and develop the team
- You are characterized by analytical thinking and a high affinity for numbers
- You know how to find the best possible solution for your team without losing sight of the big picture
- Your way of working is solution-oriented and structured
- You are a strong communicator and highly team-oriented
