Since 2000, EUPD Research has stood for primary data-based research and consulting services in the field of environmental and social sustainability. We are active in both a national and international context and align our field of work in the area of environmental sustainability with the four basic pillars of the energy transition: Electricity, heat, mobility and energy efficiency. Against the backdrop of the current ESG transformation, our expertise focuses on the technologies of photovoltaics, electricity storage, heat pumps and electromobility.
Technical and organizational management of our research team of around 10 people Support, promotion and further development of team members Supervision and resource planning of research and consulting projects Budget supervision and controlling of the department incl. business planning Supporting, developing and supervising all research projects and processes Ensuring effective quality management for all projects Further developing the content of existing services and developing new projects Preparation of offers for research and consulting projects Representing the department vis-à-vis clients and service providers in all project phases Interface to sales and support of strategic sales processes
Completed university degree with an appropriate focus, e.g. energy economics, business administration, project management, social sciences, market and communication research 4-5 years of experience in leading project management teams and conducting research and consulting projects in the field of renewable energies Sound understanding of energy markets and processes is an advantage Excellent analytical and strategic skills Experience in budget planning and control Strong process optimization skills Ability to organize and manage projects Excellent presentation and communication skills Strong leadership skills and experience in people management and development Strong customer focus and negotiation skills Team player and ability to work in an interdisciplinary environment Fluent written and spoken English and German
