Your tasks
- Leadership & team development: Professional and disciplinary leadership and continuous development of the team
- Energy industry & back office: Ensuring the precise, compliant and efficient handling of core energy industry processes, particularly in the areas of balancing group and schedule management, market communication, billing and reporting
- Process & quality management: establishing clear roles, responsibilities and quality standards; ensuring efficient processes and continuous optimization of workflows to support growing marketing volumes and complex market requirements
- Interface & stakeholder management: close collaboration with Market Operations, Finance and Technology to continuously improve scalability, automation and service quality
- Reporting & control: Development and analysis of relevant reports to monitor processes, performance indicators and quality assurance; derivation of measures for optimization
Your profile
- Degree in business administration, (industrial) engineering or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the energy industry, ideally knowledge of back office processes and experience with Robotron eSales (market roles BKV and supplier)
- Knowledge of flexibility markets (control reserve, electricity spot markets) an advantage
- Leadership experience and ability to motivate and develop teams
- Analytical thinking, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills, initiative and implementation skills
- Fluency in German and English
