• You will manage and monitor investments in wind and solar parks, hydropower plants and energy transition projects such as heat production and grids or battery storage in Europe.
• You are responsible for your own projects and also support the portfolio and investment team with technical issues.
• You will work closely with external service providers in a target-oriented manner, particularly in the area of technical and commercial operations management.
• You will identify optimization opportunities to increase the performance of investments, carry out economic analyses of corresponding measures and implement them.
• You will develop standards for maintenance and repair contracts as well as technical management contracts.
• You will support the definition and improvement of processes and concepts in the area of technical asset management.
• You will prepare regular reports on the existing portfolio.

• You have a university degree with a technical or scientific focus (e.g. mechanical engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, environmental engineering, renewable energies, physics, …)
• You have at least 5 to 10 years of professional experience with a technical focus at an asset manager, project developer, plant manufacturer or operations manager for renewable energies or energy transition projects.
• Experience in technical asset management, especially in the field of wind energy or photovoltaics with a focus on Europe, is an advantage.
• You have basic commercial knowledge and are interested in business management issues.
• You are business fluent in German and English, further foreign language skills are an advantage.
• You have a keen interest in diverse, changing tasks.
• You are prepared to take on management positions in project companies.
• You are willing to undertake occasional business trips within Europe.
• You are characterized by a high degree of structure and the ability to work in a team.
