Your responsibilities:
You’ll bring the heating transition to homes and businesses in our region. You’ll listen to and understand our customers’ needs and develop customized solutions that are sustainable, cost-effective, and future-proof.
Developing and implementing modern energy services for areas such as heat supply, photovoltaics, or e-mobility solutions. The scope ranges from smaller, decentralized concepts to integrated neighborhood-wide approaches.
Advising and supporting business, residential, and municipal customers
Preparing feasibility studies and proposals
Coordinating partners and interfaces
Project management
Conducting or supporting bidding processes
Further developing the product and service portfolio
Representing the company and promoting its image at sales events and promotions
Special projects, e.g., renewable energy
Your Profile:
Whether it’s heat pumps, district heating, or hybrid systems—from simple to complex—you’ll oversee projects from the initial concept through implementation and serve as the go-to person on the path to a climate-friendly future.
You have completed a technical degree and have a strong practical understanding of hands-on work. Or you have completed a relevant vocational training program in building and utility services engineering followed by further training, such as a technician specializing in building systems engineering or a master installer and heating engineer.
Understanding of energy and business management concepts
Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts
Knowledge of planning, e.g., building services engineering (TGA)
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively in a team
A naturally open personality with a friendly demeanor
